We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be flexible with scheduling. However, due to the nature of our business, we require notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel on the same day, and we are unable to fill your spot, a cancellation fee of 40% of the appointment total will be charged.
